John Quiñones is an award-winning broadcast journalist, acclaimed news magazine and reality show host, author, and sought-after motivational speaker. Currently in its 17th season, What Would You? continues to captivate audiences with its thought-provoking social experiments, offering a unique lens into human behavior.
What Would You Do? is the latest chapter in a remarkable broadcast news career spanning 50 years. Quiñones began humbly, working at a country music radio station in San Antonio—where one of his first duties included feeding horses behind the studio. From those beginnings, he rose to become a network news trailblazer, delivering compelling coverage of consequential stories for ABC News and 20/20.
As the host and creator of What Would You Do?, Quiñones inspires audiences of all ages around the globe, encouraging empathy, courage, and meaningful conversations about how we treat one another.

julian quiñones
Julian Quiñones is an Emmy award-winning producer and director of photography. He’s traveled and filmed in over 60 countries across all 7 continents, and currently heads production for CNN’s Chief Climate Correspondent Bill Weir.
He’s developed and helped launch two major network documentary series - all four seasons of CNN’s “The Wonder List with Bill Weir”, and CBS’s “On Assignment” in addition to contributing to CNN’s Sunday night documentary hour “The Whole Story with Anderson Cooper”, which also streams on HBO Max. He’s a recent recipient of the Outstanding Science, Technology and Environmental Coverage Emmy for “Eating Planet Earth: The Future of Your Food”. In 2021 he received a Covering Climate Now Journalism award for "The Road To Change: America's Climate Crisis". All of these works involved far reaching journeys which explore our rapidly changing planet.

Andrea Quiñones
Andrea Quinones is a New York based Associate Producer and graduate of Fordham University, where she earned her B.A. in Communications & Media Studies.
She has worked with ABC Studios on What Would You Do? and with Sharp Entertainment on 90 Day Fiancé: Love in Paradise, supporting post-production, archival research, field logistics, and international production coordination. She also contributed to multiple series within the Teen Mom franchise at Paramount+, working across both field and post production workflows.
She currently serves as a Spa Coordinator at Kith Ivy, an exclusive membership-based wellness club, where she manages high-level client experience and operations within a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.

Conor Murphy
Conor Murphy is a Brooklyn-based cinematographer from Philadelphia. His first feature film, MICKEY AND THE BEAR, premiered at SXSW in 2019 and was nominated for best feature film by a debut cinematographer at Camerimage. His recent feature titles include OH, HI! (Sundance '24), KILL ME (SXSW '26), FANTASY LIFE (SXSW '25).
Conor has shot music videos for Jaden Smith, Brockhampton, Lil Yachty, Joey Bada$$, and others, and his music videos have screened at festivals such as SXSW and Sundance. Conor's commercial clients include Evian, Pfizer, American Express, and Jim Beam, to name a few.

Carlos Gonzalez
Carlos Gonzalez is the owner of Illumiret Productions—established in Miami, Florida in 2010. Early in his career, Carlos established himself as a craft editor who learned the art of storytelling. He later took interest in cinematography, photography, and directing— allowing him to embody a nimble approach to the business.
Carlos has worked with many local ad agencies in Miami on campaigns for Verizon, Sprint, McDonald’s, StateFarm, Progressive, Tobacco Free Florida, Apple, Adidas, and Desigual. Recently, Illumiret Productions was tapped to produce a series of Latino ads for the Biden campaign during the 2020 Presidential race. These ads were being aired in Florida, New Mexico, Texas, and Pennsylvania among other states with large Latino populations.
A focus in Carlos’ work is storytelling through a humanistic perspective. He is drawn towards individuals and ideas that promote respect for the individual, empathy, optimism, and a worldview approach towards problem-solving.

Susan Marinello is a producer with a strong background in commercials and filmmaking, recognized internationally with a Bronze Lion at Cannes. She is best known for her work on Omni Loop, Soma, Red Table Talk: The Estefans, and many others.
She brings a sharp blend of creativity, adaptability, and collaboration to every project, while prioritizing social awareness in her work. Known for her critical thinking, problem-solving, and abstract reasoning skills, Susan consistently transforms complex challenges into innovative solutions that elevate storytelling and production quality.

Joe Sanchez

From my work as a Director of Photography to my expertise in Camera Operating, I find the world of camera manipulation exhilarating. I've been blessed with over a decades worth of experience in the camera department and am still excited by each new challenge.
I am a IATSE Local 600 Camera Operator with proficiencies in Steadicam, MK-V AR, gimbal, handheld, remote head, underwater, and conventional operating. I was inducted into the Society of Operating Cameramen in 2022. When I'm not operating, I occasionally do Director of Photography work. oes here

Joel C. Hernandez is the founder of Sound Speed Miami and has worked as a Re-recording mixer, Sound Designer, and Production Sound Mixer for Broadcast, Film/Video, and Web.
From narrative and documentary features all the way to branded digital content, he is familiar with each stage of the sound process no matter how big or small. His contributions in sound
have been featured in films appearing in Sundance, TIFF, SXSW, and IFFR- and major streaming’s services such as HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu, and The Criterion Channel. Joel also serves as
a freelance Audio Engineer for NFL FILMS Enhanced Audio division and received his BA in Audio for Visual Media from Columbia College Chicago. -

Bobb Barito
Bobb is an Emmy-nominated sound designer and re-recording mixer based in New York. With a body of work that spans everything from Oscar-nominated films to Super Bowl commercials to children’s TV, he has amassed a versatile portfolio over his career.
His film work can often be heard at Sundance, Berlinale, Slamdance, Tribeca, and SXSW, and his television work has been featured on Nickelodeon, NBC, Amazon, and Netflix. In 2018 he was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Sound Editing in a Preschool Animated Program for his work on Amazon’s Click Clack Moo: Christmas at the Farm. In 2023, the documentary short film Stranger at the Gate, which he sound designed, was nominated for an Academy Award. His most recent features, Hundreds of Beavers and Molli and Max in the Future, are among the most acclaimed films of 2024.
Bobb’s passion for film inspires a catered, attentive approach to every project. His process balances lateral creativity with a romance for the technical details, and his mixes hearken to cinema’s golden years while pushing the medium in new directions.
He is also an award-winning director, writer, musician, and painter. His latest short film, Light My Fire, was awarded Best Director at the BlueCat Short Film Festival and is featured on Short of the Week and Omeleto. He also produces and plays drums for indie rock band Proper Youth.
